Lower 10 acres where Foothills Vista Community is located.

The first step is to refill the previously existing homesites that I removed (since 2019-present) and left vacant for this expansion of adding more quality homes available for rent at each of those 5 locations.

Build out and replace each site with a 2/2 home as designed.
