Entry hallway / Closet

Fix door casement around entry to closet – paint all trim

Close up drywall opening in wall on floor in closet (behind shoe rack)

Demolition – Shut off water

Remove drywall and fiberglass shower complete, incldg fixture in wall.

Remove drywall and throw away in HD garbage bags/Cut up into pieces.

Remove toilet and store elsewhere nearby (back patio) to reset in new location

Remove existing 60″ vanity/sink combo – take to Cosby in my car (over 3 days)

Carefully remove and reset existing H/C water lines – shut off valves

Remove mirror / Dispose of or keep for other use

Remove existing lighting and go with recessed LED lighting. 2 – over each sink area

Drywall work to be performed

Add new drywall and finish for all missing drywall and prep for paint. Then paint.

Build new full wall where existing shower doors are located. (For new toilet area)

Install 24″ wide door on new bathroom – opening outward

Plumbing Needs

Shower / Toilet Gets Reversed – 2 vanity sinks disconnected (Demo – Prep)

Shower gets moved to existing toilet location.Replumb to back left wall.

Remove toilet. Access from crawlspace and replumb for new location.

Eliminate existing shower drain and shorten and move it to the new location.

Prep / Source / Install new tub on new tile floor.

Run hot/cold water lines to new fixture for new tub. Install drain (There was a tub there)

New Shower Addition

Decide on style of shower pan. Source and install 40″X50″ (To new back shwr wall)

Install new shower pan – no shower door

Source and Install tile around all decided on walls – (decide on niche’s and where)

Buy a new grill for the HVAC exhaust located in shwr (Then Silicone The Top and Sides)

Electrical Needs

New toilet area – add 1 new switch (on a timer) for Ceiling LED light / Exhaust Fan combo

Vanity Wall – Move existing light switches 4″ lower (RS)

                           Move GFI electrical outlet down 4″ on vanity wall (RS)

Add new LED ceiling light (light switch wire existing) and keep existing Exhaust Fan location

Vanity Area / Back and Side Walls

Side wall – Measure and add new hdwe and piece of glass for upper wall (Size ??)

Source and install new vanity. Plumbing hookup.

Remove existing lighting from wall – move lighting to ceiling LED recessed lights

Keep existing power outlets where located. (except the one being lowered)
