All new electric. Pex plumbing. New kitchen and bathrooms (shown in photos). The shower is amazing! There is no bath tub, previous tenant removed it

(I agreed) and he made the amazing shower that exists now.

New paint inside and out. New flooring.

Custom “wood look” tiled shower that was designed and built by the first tenant for he and wife.

He was a pro tile man for Team Farrell and wanted this. I let him and it came out REALLY nice!
