This is a 2/2 that was fully remodeled by Team Farrel when they first moved to Cosby, Tn to remodel homes. New steel front and rear doors.

It received a new roof and all new kitchen and bathroom appliances. Washer/Dryer are mine of course. I only rent homes with W/D.

It has new front and rear covered porches. Front porch is the standard 8’X12′ that I put on each of my remodeled trailers.

I have no (new remodeled) interior pictures as the tenant (who works for Team Farrell still today) moved in immediately.

The master bath area came out amazing with tearing out the skylight/the tub and vanity, the original shower, etc

The master suite area came out great. Same tenant since then. New landscaping.
