This is a design for a 16’X52′ shed home. Rear Deck will be added after home is delivered built to the new homesite. Complete with double insulated windows and doors placed. Metal Roof, floor and walls. The exterior will be painted already.

The home will be on built on skids off site and delivered.

Mario and team finish it off with interior as this shows.

Jason does: Site prep. Driveways. Etc. Anything excavating. Including assisting Mario and team with hooking up the water to the unit (show you where it is. And the septic). Jason knows where the hookups already exist for each of the 5 (vacated/removed old Mobile Home by me during my ownership) new homesites.
