The pool has held water since 4 years ago when I bought the place. I have never done anything with it. No idea yet what to do with the campground area.

Jason can knock down the M/W bthrms bldg and put it in the pool. Then add fill on top and make that whole area level. No more pool and no more bathrooms.

But the pool, if resurfaced and new pumps etc, would be a working pool area when new fencing and locks are installed.

Bathrooms are functioning but are NOT nice inside. They do have water, electric, showers, toilets, sinks and a separate laundry ROOM with (very old) laundry machines.
